Q.What does the Gyeonggi Textile Marketing Center do?
The Gyeonggi Textile Marketing Center (GTC) aims to promote overseas marketing of small and medium-sized textile companies in Gyeonggi Province and strengthen their export competitiveness.
GTC operates five branches in three countries: the United States (Los Angeles, New York), China (Shanghai, Guangzhou) and Brazil (Sang Paulo). Through various support projects, we support small and medium-sized textile companies in the province to enter and market overseas. It provides services such as permanent showroom operations, securing sales channels, finding domestic and foreign buyers, providing up-to-date trend information, and follow-up management.
GTC contributes to increasing sales and creating jobs in the textile industry by discovering and fostering textile companies in Gyeonggi Province.

Q.What kind of support projects are you working on?
The Gyeonggi Textile Marketing Center (GTC) supports textile-related small and medium-sized enterprises whose headquarters or factories are located in Gyeonggi-do. As of last year, about 13 support projects were carried out in 2019. Examples include [Innovative Seonyoo and Clothing Virtual Exhibition], [Korea Textile Trade Exhibition], [Fiber Overseas Exhibition Support] and [2019 Gyeonggi Knit Fashion Show Participation Exhibition].
Through various support projects, we have discovered fabric and clothing sewing companies in Gyeonggi-do to improve the working environment and support the development of fabric and clothing design with the latest trends.
We enhance corporate competitiveness through a systematic support system and provide opportunities for consultation with various buyers to support overseas market development.
